If you see that your coin balance does not reflect what is supposed to be in your wallet, please check the following:
- Refresh your balance by reloading the page
- Make sure that the trading pair is correctly selected
- Check the Portfolio if your balance is reflected.
- If not, please check on your Binance account to see whether the coin balance is allocated to another part of Binance, eg. Earn wallet.
Please make sure that asset you would like to trade stays in your Binance spot wallet in order to ensure trades go through.
If everything is correct, please try:
- Clearing the cache
- Log out and back into CoinPanel
- If the above does not work, please retry integrating your Binance API with CoinPanel again.
